People seem to be moving around the globe searching for better things, the so called better off nations should attempt to make poorer nations better place to live, so their people don't want to move,in the first place, development aid could be better spent by not going through other counties government departments, 

ARMED FORCES / TERRITORIAL ARMY

Instead of cutting our military manpower, and giving millions of pounds in aid, we should transfer some aid money to the military section and save the jobs of our forces ,they then could be used to help build the infrastructure of some of the countries’ that need aid, at the same time keeping our military strength.

 Conflict in countries including Syria, Yemen, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan, as well as the kind of extreme violence that forced Rohingya to seek safety in Bangladesh, have led to the displacement of millions of people.

 Although refugees and internally displaced persons make up a relatively small portion of the total number of migrants, they are often most in need of help.away from their homes, particularly in Mozambique, the Philippines, China, India and the United States.

 In the United Kingdom,we have a large number on people staying in Hotels & Hostels,While Local Councils are invited to find accommodation for these people,I believe this will spread them thinly and they will lose touch with their own kind.We could crate camps on undeveloped land,where a number of refugees from the same country could work and live together.having self-sufficient gardens to feed the people there and build some accommodation for themselves ,while the United Nation try to make their homeland safe to return to.

 We will find those coming to Europe will be creating the same problems that they are running away from.The continent of Africa should be a wonderful place to live,We now have the technology to create a new world for the people there,the same with central & South America.
